Founders Park in Chino

Founders Park is an 8-acre neighborhood park in The Preserve at Chino, with a playground, picnic area, gazebo, ball fields, open space, and restrooms. It sits at 8151 West Preserve Loop beside The Preserve Community Center and Cal Aero Preserve Academy. Bring a picnic, let the kids use the play area, or take a walk on the park trail. The city also lists a parking lot, barbecues, and a basketball half-court. Chino parks are generally open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.; follow posted notices and check for closures. For picnic-shelter reservations, contact the Carolyn Owens Community Center at 909-334-3258; field availability and reservations are handled by the city.
