California Citrus State Historic Park in Riverside

Walk the Knoll Trail through the varietal citrus grove, explore local agricultural history and bring a picnic. Choose this for a garden-and-history outing rather than a playground visit. Enter at 9400 Dufferin Avenue. Regular vehicle day use is $7; eligible passes and discounts may apply. Group facilities and special events can have separate charges. The visitor center normally opens Friday-Sunday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.; park hours differ and change seasonally. Fruit picking is not allowed. Check the official schedule before going.
